  Phone contact to the shop is non-existent. No one answers the phone and if you are lucky enough to go to message bank it says to leave your number with your question and you will receive a call back with the answer. What a joke!!! No one has called me back in response to my request over a week ago.

  Had to wai 30min according to their representative. Gave me a coffee Card which was very nice BUT 1.5 hrs later I was still waiting!! While watching as I might add while each representative went to lunch!!!

  I want to say a big thank you for exceptional customer service today. I've got a fractured ankle & it was my first day getting the bus into town & doing a few errands on crutches & moon boot. Your welcome lady was friendly & given me prompt attention, while also welcoming other customers (it's so good to have a local person who smiles & cares). I was looked after by David who helped to set up my new mobile phone & gave me a lot of time to do this, with a friendly chat as well. Now I've got a working phone & some good vibes too. Thanks David, for your techie skills, your empathy & your genuine customer service.
