    McDonald’s Batemans Bay is a disgrace. The last four coffees I have bought there have not been what I ordered. The last one was half full. Lift your game or lose customers

    The layout of the store is just disastrous. Sunday 3pm and the staff have no idea. It took 40 minutes for my family's good to come out. LICENSEE.. put some money into fixing that layout. People order them are jammed up to the right waiting whilst others are getting to order.. Fix your playground too whilst at it. Poor excuse. Am a traveller through but it next time I'm back that way I'll be sure to steer clear.

    Food poorly put together. Paying for missing items. Rarely hot. Always running out of the drink you want. Ice cream machine always broken. Advertising items and not having them. Making poor excuses for not having items. Poorly setup.

    The worst McDonals in NSW. Its always dirty inside. I've had egg shells in my burger not once but twice at breakfast. our order was mucked up!. Waiting time is nightmare. And no free Wi-Fi.

    The old Lady at the counter yelled at me, very upsetting as I just wanted some family friendly food.
