  We were able to get a room at the last minute. I think this was because it is further away from the waters edge. But needing to go out for dinner, the owner drove us the The Reef restaurant and back to the hotel again. The room was beautiful and lage. It was not the highest level of rooms but that didn't matter. It was lage and very clean and comfy with a queen bed and love seat and table and chairs for a meal if needed. Also had a desk, refrigerator and toaster and water kettle. Everything you could need.

  Room was comfy. Now the bad points. Got a spa room for our last night away so mrs could relax before heading home. She filled the spa and turned it on to find pubic hair and body fat and dirt coming through the pipes. On me notifying them the told us it gets clean every day. I hv a spa and that one hadn't been cleaned propped for weeks. Mrs was crying and try to clean her self. No mention of compensation. Never going back.

  First, the good: excellent location just off the Princes Highway. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. The bad: in a hotel with 30+ rooms, why would you put the only two guests in adjoining rooms? Rooms can be noisy (two windows don’t make double-glazing). Free wifi, but you need to request it from reception (good luck if late at night). Marks for trying, none for getting it right.

  The restaurant service is impeccable, the rooms clean and the room extras are a welcome surprise
