  The reception staff were all very friendly and professional. Dr Luo was very careful and intricate when explaining things to me and was confident with what she was saying. Will definitely go back

  Unfortunately I was unable to continue see Doctor Gock as urgent appointments were a minimum of 4 weeks. On more than 1 occasion Dr Gock Cancelled my appointment at the last minute without explanation and I was left without urgent medication for 4 weeks or more before he would see me again. Even when you can get an appointment its quite usual for Dr Gock to be running at least 3 hours behind schedule.

  Have been a patient of Dr Gock's for years and he was kind enough to take on my parents too even after he had more than enough patients. He always gives you the attention you need and never makes you feel like you are taking too long. His receptionists are all lovely and always have a smile

  It took me many years to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable enough to discuss anything. You know that at Bayview cottage the Dr's and staff genuinely care about you and have your best interests at heart. With a mix of modern and old medical practices available you feel as though you are getting the best care. Sometimes the best care does take a little bit longer however when you are the one being looked after so well you are very grateful .

  Been a patient off dr gock for over 20 years his bed side manner is a1 and his always very thorough ! Plus maria on reception is awesome ☺
