    Beside the specific help Kate has given me I am also fitter, stronger and healthier when I train with her, she really does make an improvement on my lifestyle.

    For anyone needing rehabilitation after sports injuries, Kate has been fantastic, rebuilding the strength of my shoulder after dislodging my collarbone with an AC joint injury, unexpectedly I now have virtually 100% strength and movement without surgery.

    From this injury training Kate has evolved my training into techniques to better protect my self from further injuries and given me lead up exercises for particular events I am planning on undertaking, adapting to my needs.
