  Completely unprofessional I would give 0 stars if possible!! Beware if you are buying a car from this dealership and don't live in the area, after a week of negotiating from Sydney on a Demo we liked we drove down to pick the vehicle up on the Saturday and the vehicle was filthy I was absolutely disgusted at the fact we were giving them almost 60k for a car and they could not given wash it. As soon as we got back into Sydney we had the vehicle details to find it had hacks and scratches all over the car which is why they did not wash it there was also a inch scratch in the windows tinting I emailed our sales agent to express our dissatisfaction and was told as the car was a demo with 1500ks on the clock it's bound to happen And then proceeded to swear at me telling me they paid us to much for our trade in which was 1K. Complained to Ford Australia and requested the dealer principle call me. This NEVER happened. I was told that the dealer principle offered for us to come down and they would wash the car for us... What a joke!!! AVOID like the plague!!!!!!!!!!
