  Very friendly staff, excellent recently renovated room. High quality fittings throughout. Great location across the road from the water and a short walk to the town.

  Nice and pleasant place for couples to spend their weekends. The reception staffs are very friendly. The room is clean and well-decorated. I really appreciate the free teabags and instant coffee, biscuits, and also coffee capsules they provided in the room. TV has big size,also connect to Neflix and YouTube. Bathroom is spacious, hot water is provided all-time. The only thing that make me take one star off (If there's is a half star, I'll just take half) is the wash basin, which is located a little bit higher for me to reach, which gave my husband a good reason to tease me. Will come back next time!

  If your looking for a touch of class at a reasonable price the " Quays Hotel" is the place for you! stylish, comfortable well appointed rooms, immaculately clean. The Sandbar Restaurant I found to be a truly unique dining experience.

  Fabulous hotel with a wonderful receptionist. Meredith was happy to accommodate to any request, always cheerful & a knowledgeable local with lots of tips. Only downside to the room was the badly designed bathroom layout. Everything was up very high so for petite people like myself I couldn't reach the bathroom light and on my tippy toes to use the sink.

  Beautiful clean rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! We now have a favourite place to stay when we come to Batemans Bay.
